Greg graduated with a Master of Finance from Harvard in 2018, following a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Harvard in 2015. He spent the next 13 years in senior banking positions, mostly in the area of commercial real estate, where he provided valuation analysis (Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) in relation to cost of capital, debt service ratio (DSCR) and Cash-on-Cash return) in a consultation capacity for commercial office building and apartment complex lending. He now manages the portfolio for Recluse Media, a family office, focusing on special situations.
